Although we are a little outside Limpsfield village we can be easily found.  From the A25 take the B269, Kent Hatch Road, towards Edenbridge.  Turn second right into Brick Kiln Lane, sign posted Paines Hill.  Continue on this country lane and it will at a three way intersection change into Paines Hill.  Continue straight on and go through a tight double bend downhill and continue straight for another 200m.  The property is on the left, set back from the road and it is just before a private road on the left.

If you are visiting the garden on its open days, parking is available further down the road on the farm.  To find it continue past the property and turn right onto the farm track where there is a 'Creative Living' signpost and continue, turning left into a large car park.
